Two meditative practices which can be done sitting or lying. In the first we develop
awareness of the 14 major flows of vital energy (prana). As awareness
travels along these pathways (nadis) we clear a path for a better
balance of prana throughout and benefit through improved health and
pain management. In the second your awareness moves through the pranic fields and flows to purify and heal.
